Our mission is to bring the community together by providing a central location that accumulates all the knowledge of the association, act as a medium of communication between the home owners and the board of directors and to conduct the business of the association as defined by it's bylaws and CC&Rs.

MyHOA-Online Acquired by VIS Group Inc.

We are excited to announce that VIS Group has recently acquired MyHOA-Online and are pleased to welcome you to VIS Group, Inc.! We will continue providing dedicated management services to your community. We are confident that we will meet and exceed your expectations! 

By now, you should have received a welcome letter email from VIS Group with important details about this transition. If you have not received this email, please contact us at info@vismanagement.com or 800-537-9619 so we can ensure you have the information you need.

We will be phasing out the MyHOA-Online portals in April, with full shutdown by the end of the month. Details on how to access your new VIS Group portal were included in the welcome email. Our Customer service team is ready and standing by to assist with accessing your portal!

In the coming weeks you will be hearing more about VIS Group, Inc and our full array of community association management services. We have two offices – in Renton and in Lacey. Our main office is located at 8617 Martin Way, Lacey, WA, and our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Renton office works by appointment only.
