Marchini Meadows BOD Meeting Minutes

1) Tatyana Called Meeting to Order 7:33 pm via WebEx 

2) Attendance and verification of quorum

2 of 3 board members present at beginning: Tatyana Zhuravlev, Tracy Cao; HOA manager- Eydie Leighty 

Absent: Estela Duran

3) Board voted unanimously to appoint Carol Danner to the board. 

All other officers remain the same--Tatyana as President, Tracy as Secretary. 

4) Old business:

Issue 20514 board voted unanimously to do lien and coll warn and sent to legal for collections.

5) New business:

• Landscaping-do we want to change landscapers? Discussion but no decision made.
• Issue 18831, owner appeared for a hearing to ask for leniency due to illness on repeat violations: Board voted unanimously to waive last 3 $200 fines as a one-time courtesy since he was hospitalized. 

6) Meeting adjourned 9:01pm
