Board of Directors Meeting

6 April 2022

2030-2100 Hours

1. Members Present: Frank Bannister, Paul Drumheller. Thomas Harker, Jeong Lee. Miriam Daud, Christopher Martin plus our Management Company Officials (Michael and Eydie).

2. A vote was taken to approve the prior meeting minutes (3/1/21) and votes taken between meetings from 2/7/21 to 3/1/21, passed unanimously.

3. A vote was conducted and passed unanimously that Jeong Lee was elected President, Paul Drumheller-Vice President, Thomas Harker remained as treasurer.  Chris Martin and Miriam Daud remained on the ACC. Frank Bannister was elected by the board as Secretary for the next year.

4. Leadership Transition: Frank and Jeong will work on a transition plan to be completed by the annual Board Working Luncheon which was scheduled for 13 April 2022 at Anthony’s in Des Moines, WA.

5. Playground Replacement: Frank agreed to chair the committee and Jeong asked to be a member. Frank will work with Management Company to identify vendors and homeowner members.

6. Next Board Meeting: Jeong Lee will schedule next Board Meeting during second or third week of May, exact date to be determined.

7. Adjournment:  Board Meeting was adjourned at 2055 hours.
